    Friday: 8am-Noon*

*For all urgent medical problems after the clinic is closed, the physician on call can be paged through the answering service, who answers our phones. All NON-URGENT matters (such as prescription refills) will be deferred until the next business day. Routine messages and phone consults left for the physician(s) by patients during the business day will be answered within 24 hours.

http://www.avistahospital.org/ located at 90 Health Park Dr, Louisville CO 80027. We utilize the Hospitalist Program to assist in caring for our patients that need to be admitted to Avista Hospital.
*For any life-threatening emergencies, patients are instructed to dial "911" on their phones, or go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care.
